To fix a cash drawer for the Star TSP100 for a Windows PC:

1. Plug the RJ12 connector cable from the greenbacks drawer into the receipt printer.
   Tip: The RJ12 connector cable looks like to a telephone line.

2. Go to Devices and Printers.

3. Right-click your receipt printer, select Printer properties > Device Settings.

4. Update the Peripheral Unit Type to Greenbacks Drawer.
   This tells the printer that it is fastened to a cash drawer.

5. Set up the Peripheral Unit 1 and Peripheral Unit ii options to Document Bottom.
   The greenbacks drawer opens after the receipt is printed.
   Tip: If yous want your cash drawer to open before the receipt is printed, select Document Top.

         5. Click Apply.
             Your cash drawer is at present set.

To gear up up a cash drawer for Epson TM -T88VI for a Windows PC:

1. Plug the RJ12 connector cablevision from the cash drawer into the receipt printer.Tip: The RJ12 connector cable looks like to a phone line.

2. Go to Devices and Printers.

3. Correct-click your receipt printer, select Printing Preferences > Peripherals.

4. Select Greenbacks Drawer from the drop-down list.

5. Select Terminate of Document.
   The cash drawer opens later on the receipt is printed.
   Tip: If you want your cash drawer to open before the receipt is printed, select Start of Certificate.

6. Select Open for both, Cash Drawer #1 and Cash Drawer #ii.
