I THOUGHT I was on the hotel direct website and didn't recall to confirm. I live in US and booked a Canadian hotel. Information technology is partially my bad just all other sites (looked at 5 different) showed, including the hotel website (after investigating the existent hotel website), showed cost in Canadian dollars CAD. This site did non, which was misleading and concluded upwardly costing me more money than booking directly with the hotel. Used this site to volume a room at Mizpah Hotel in Tonopah, NV. They sent me an email with a confirmation # stating the room was booked at Mizpah, and it had the correct hotel name included, etc. Shortly after I received an email from Jim Butler Inn & Suites (a hotel across the street from the Mizpah) stating my room was booked in that location. They had booked my room at a completely unlike hotel. I promptly cancelled the incorrect booking and asked reservationdesk.com to refund the booking fee of $fourteen.99, every bit it was their error. Wow. Just like most of the other posts state, I was misled into thinking I was talking with the bodily hotel concatenation. Googled "Doubletree Hilton" in the city I wanted and called what I thought was their reservation dept. Booked ii split stays on two different weeks. BE CAREFUL WITH RESERVATION Desk!! They are not honoring their claims for reservation modifications.

We booked a reservation for the M Hyatt in San Antonio for 12/27 to 12/thirty for $200/night. We tried to modify the reservation for one night on 12/25 as the cancellation policy states "Bookings cancelled after 12/26 are subject field to a fee of 1 nights room and taxation". They refused to accolade the cancellation policy past modifying the concluding night. Exist VERY Careful WITH THIS COMPANY! I've never worked with a company that'south tried to do this before.
